Dilip SUBRAMANIAN est Professeur au département "People & Organisation" chez NEOMA Business School. Il enseigne la théorie de l'organisation et la gestion des ressources humaines, le leadership, l'économie du partage et la gestion du luxe dans les programmes de deuxième cycle et de MBA. Il est également le directeur du programme MSc International Luxury Management (IMLux) que NEOMA gère conjointement avec MIP Politecnico di Milano et qui offre aux étudiants un double diplôme. Les centres d'intérêt de Dilip en matière de recherche couvrent principalement les domaines de la sociologie du travail dans les secteurs de la fabrication et des services. Il étudie actuellement l'impact de l'introduction de la technologie numérique sur l'organisation du travail dans les services publics et le secteur de la restauration. Ses travaux ont été publiés dans des revues internationales telles que Work and Occupations, Economic and Industrial Democracy, et Modern Asian Studies.
